Seminar organised by the Social Insurance Institution in cooperation with the Polish SA

The seminar 'Data processing by the Social Insurance Institution and insurance contribution payers in connection with the implementation of statutory obligations. Practical aspects' will be held on 19 June 2024 in Wrocław. It will start a series of four events related to the topic of personal data protection, which is organised by the Social Insurance Institution in cooperation with the Personal Data Protection Office.

The event will address issues relating to the obligations of entities, i.e. insurance contribution payers, physicians in the context of their processing of personal data, as well as the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the performance of payer audits.

The meeting provides an opportunity to present the latest solutions and best practices used in both state institutions and the wider business community.

The seminar will be hosted by representatives of the Personal Data Protection Office and the Social Insurance Institution. The speeches will be followed by a panel discussion.
