Another seminar organised by Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) in cooperation with Polish SA

The seminar "Implementation of the Whistleblower Act and Personal Data Protection in the Workplace" will be held on 16.09.2024 in Gdańsk. This is the second meeting in a series of four events related to the subject of personal data protection, which is organised by the Social Insurance Institution in cooperation with the Personal Data Protection Office.

During the seminar, the speakers will discuss the procedure of internal reporting and follow-up actions – in accordance with the GDPR, will talk about the risks of violating the rights and freedoms of individuals in the process of reporting breaches of the law, and familiarize the audience with the implementation of personal data protection principles in the processing of whistleblower data. The issue of the admissibility of using psychometric tests by employers will also be discussed.

The seminar will be attended by prominent experts and academic lecturers, including representatives of the Social Team of Experts at the President of the Personal Data Protection Office and representatives of the Social Insurance Institution and the Personal Data Protection Office.

The guests will be welcomed by the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, Mirosław Wróblewski and Mariusz Jedynak, Member of the Management Board supervising the Administration and Public Procurement Division at Social Insurance Institution.
